I have been in consulting for over 20 years, working to help global clients make technology investments and decisions to grow their businesses and gain competitive advantage.
It’s rewarding work: developing trusted relationships with high performing teams to overcome big challenges and stretch boundaries.
As part of these efforts with my company Garnerin Group, I found myself near constantly recruiting and building teams to deliver solutions in demanding, risk intolerant environments. This is why I ultimately built a staffing business—because my clients asked for it from us, based upon our ability to understand their needs and deliver results.
Methodology 1 staffing solutions is a natural extension of our consulting business. Established in 2009 and based in New York City, we have a global reach, with 24 by 7 coverage and attention to detail via our satellite office in New Delhi, India.
Whether delivering a board level strategy, driving a cost optimization program, or deploying or managing a technical solution, we always strive to surpass highest expectations at a market competitive basis.
Our decades of consulting experience informs our staffing approach, as we recruit business and technical talent to team with our clients. We look for professionals with a consultative, curious approach to solving problems, who seek to continuously improve their environment and develop critical skills.
We take a bespoke, and nimble approach to sourcing and delivering talent, and we pride ourselves on our high focus and responsiveness to our individual client needs.
Staffing is a human business, and so problems surely arise and indeed mistakes are sometimes made. When this happens, we strive to respond quickly and appropriately, taking a transparent approach to fixing things and making them right, at every turn, and with integrity. Taking gratification in surprising clients with how pleasant and real we are.
We put tremendous value in earning our clients’ trust; and preserving and representing our clients’ interests. When our clients call, we respond.
