Our Staffing Approach

- Meet with Manager to gather requirements and understand candidate personality profile.

- Confirm with Purchasing that there is an approved purchase order.

- Submit an average of 3-5 resumes to Managers per requirement.

- Schedule interviews with candidates if requested by Managers and HR..

- Incorporate feedback into search process

- If the candidate is approved by the Manager, then rate and start date will be confirmed.

- All administrative on- boarding paper work will begin including background check.

- Meet with Manager to gather requirements and understand candidate personality profile.

- Confirm with Purchasing that there is an approved purchase order.
